How It Works

We read cash flow before credit score. Link the account your pay lands in, and the deposit pattern does most of the work a credit file usually does.

Everything runs in a browser — no app to download, nothing to fax, and no fee to find out where you stand.

Step 1

Fill in the form

Amount, name, email and mobile. About two minutes, and nothing here commits you to anything.

Step 2

Verify your identity

Confirm who you are and link the account your pay lands in. Read-only and encrypted — never your banking password.

Step 3

Get your decision

Usually back within minutes. Every product you qualify for appears side by side with its full cost written out.

Step 4

Money in your account

Standard delivery lands the same business day. Express delivery costs $3.99 and typically arrives in about half an hour.

Why FrontPay

Right-sized

From $200 to $5,000 across four products, so you borrow only what the problem actually costs.

Fixed payments

The same amount every month for a set term, with a payoff date you know before you sign.

No minimum score

We look at deposit history, not just a number. Thin or imperfect credit is still worth applying with — see how no-credit-check borrowing works.

Builds credit

On-time payments on installment loans and credit lines are reported to the major bureaus.

Unexpected bills

Medical costs, deductibles or urgent expenses that cannot wait for payday.

Installment →

Car & home repairs

A tow plus parts usually lands between $400 and $1,200 and cannot wait until Friday.

Flex or Installment →

Debt consolidation

Roll several balances into one fixed monthly payment you can actually track.

Installment →

Rent or utility gap

A few hundred short with payday four days away and a shut-off notice on the counter.

Advance →

Overdraft avoidance

Covering a pending charge costs less than a $35 overdraft fee from your bank.

Advance →

Gig & delivery work

Fuel, insurance and platform fees between uneven weekly payouts.

Credit line →

Moving costs

Deposit, first month and a truck all landing in the same week.

Installment →

Benefit recipients

Social Security, SSI and VA deposits count as qualifying income here.

Borrowing on benefits →

Membership or interest

Most lenders make this choice for you. We price both on the same screen and let you take the cheaper one. Small and short favours the membership; larger and longer favours pay-as-you-go.

Plan A · Advance only

Membership plan

$14.99 / month

0% interest on every advance you take that month, on amounts from $200 to $500.

  • Free until your first payday after signing up
  • Includes the budgeting assistant and payday planner
  • Cancel from your account page, no notice period
  • Optional $3.99 express delivery inside the hour

Cheaper when you need under $500 and can clear it within one or two paydays. Borrowing $400 costs $14.99, against about $126 in interest if the same amount ran three months on a pay-as-you-go plan.

No subscription

Plan B · Flex, Installment & Credit line

Pay-as-you-go

$0 / month subscription

No membership at all. You pay simple interest on the balance instead, on amounts from $300 to $5,000.

  • The rate is fixed for the life of the loan and shown before you sign
  • Nothing recurring on your card once the balance reaches zero
  • Pay off early whenever you like and stop the interest that day
  • Installment payments are reported and can build credit

Cheaper when you need more than $500, or several months to repay. A monthly fee stacked across a 12-month term almost always costs more than interest on the same balance.

Lending on cash flow since 2022

FrontPay Cash, LLC is a consumer lender operating out of Midvale, Utah. We follow federal Truth-in-Lending rules and put the full cost of credit in front of you before you ever sign — your APR, finance charge, amount financed, and total of payments.

Every charge we are able to make is published on this page. If a number is not in the fee schedule below, we do not charge it — and there is no penalty for paying us off early.

Who can apply

Basic eligibility

  • 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska) and living in a state we serve
  • A Social Security number or ITIN and a US address
  • A checking account open at least 60 days that can be linked
  • Recurring direct deposits — wages, salary, pension or government benefits
  • $400 or more per cycle for an Advance, or $1,200 a month for a loan or line
  • A working mobile number and email address for verification

What holds an application back

  • Income arriving only as cash, paper cheques or ATM deposits — we cannot verify those
  • Frequent overdrafts or a negative balance on the day you apply
  • An open FrontPay advance that has not been repaid — one at a time is the rule
  • An active bankruptcy proceeding
  • Living in a state where the product you selected is not offered

Declined? We give you the specific reason in writing and you can reapply as soon as the underlying issue changes. There is no waiting period.

Cash advances on Social Security, SSI, VA and other benefit income

A large share of lenders quietly screen out anyone whose income is not a payslip. We do not. If your benefits arrive electronically on a predictable schedule into a checking account you can link, that income counts exactly the same as wages for every product on this page — the Advance included. Recipients of retirement and disability benefits are among the most reliable repayers we see, precisely because the deposit date does not move.

Which benefits qualify

Social Security retirement, SSDI, SSI, VA disability and pension, railroad retirement, state unemployment and most public pensions. The deposit must be electronic and recurring.

What we need to see

At least three deposits totalling $400 or more per cycle for an Advance, or $1,200 a month for a loan or credit line. Benefit letters are not required — the deposit history is the proof.

What does not count

Benefits collected on a paper cheque or a card we cannot link, one-off back payments and tax refunds. Those cannot be verified as recurring income and will not support an approval on their own.

If you need $150 once and nothing else, a free advance app will beat us on price. We are the better fit when the number is larger than an app will lend, when you want a fixed payoff date, or when you want the borrowing to count toward your credit file. For the maths behind the table, see cash advance vs payday loan.

How your money is handled

  • Your bank credentials never reach us Accounts are linked through an encrypted, read-only connection secured with 256-bit TLS. We can read deposit history to verify income; we cannot move money except for the payments you authorise.
  • Advances are never sold to debt collectors If we cannot collect on a FrontPay Advance we may pause your account, but we do not pursue collections, sell the balance or report the advance to a credit bureau. Installment loans and credit lines follow standard lending practice and are reported.
  • Every cost is disclosed before you sign Your amount, APR, payment schedule, total repaid and every fee appear in the agreement you accept. Nothing is added afterwards, and there is no penalty for settling early.
  • You can cancel or opt out Membership cancels from your account page in one click. Autopay authorisation can be revoked with three business days' notice, and the arbitration clause can be rejected in writing within 60 days of signing up.
  • We do not lend where we are not permitted Products, maximum amounts, rates and fees vary by state, and some products are unavailable in some states. Your application only ever shows offers that are legal where you live.

Same day, no credit check

Was like $300 short on rent and payday was a week out. Did it on my lunch break, soft pull so it didn't ding my score, money was in same day. Easy.

Funded before my shift ended

Car broke down, needed $1,200. Applied that morning, paid the $3.99 for instant and it was in my account before I clocked out. I drive for a living so a fixed payment I can plan around is everything.

Flex Verified borrower
Denise W.Jacksonville, FL 2 Aug 2026

Fixed payment, real payoff date

Rate isn't cheap and they don't pretend it is. But I've got thin credit and nobody else would do $2,500 without a co-signer. Paid it off early, no penalty, and it actually bumped my score. 4 stars only cause I wish the APR was lower.

They take Social Security income

I'm retired, live on my SSDI. You would not believe how many places turn you away the second you say benefits. These guys didn't care, deposit's steady and that's all they looked at. Only pay interest on what I draw. Wish I found them sooner.

Credit line Verified borrower

Way better than a payday loan

Used to go to a payday store and honestly the APR there is robbery. This was a fraction of that and I didn't even leave the house, no app to download. Paid a day late once, no fee. Thinking payday loan? try this first.

Good but watch the membership

Loan part was smooth, funded next day, no issues. But the $14.99 membership kept charging after I paid off cause I forgot to cancel. My fault kinda, support did refund the last one. Just set a reminder if you're only borrowing once.

Pros & cons

The upside

  • Four products under one application, from $200 up to $5,000
  • A genuine 0% option when the amount is small and the term is short
  • No application fee, no prepayment penalty, no returned-payment fee
  • Approval reads deposit history, so a thin credit file is not a blocker
  • Benefit income counts the same as wages
  • Advances are never sold to collectors or reported to a bureau

Things to weigh

  • Interest-bearing products carry high APRs — this is expensive credit
  • The membership renews monthly until you cancel it, whether you borrow or not
  • You need a linkable checking account with electronic deposits
  • Only one Advance can be open at a time
  • Installment loans involve a hard credit pull at signing
  • Products, limits and pricing are not available in every state

FrontPay FAQ

How much can I borrow from FrontPay?

Between $200 and $5,000 depending on the product. FrontPay Advance runs $200 to $500, Flex runs $300 to $1,500, the Credit Line runs $500 to $2,500, and the Installment Loan runs $1,500 to $5,000. First-time borrowers are usually approved at the lower end of a range, and limits rise as you build repayment history with us.

Can I borrow without paying a membership fee?

Yes. FrontPay Flex, the Installment Loan and the Credit Line have no subscription of any kind — you pay simple interest on the balance instead, and once the balance reaches zero nothing recurs on your card. The $14.99 membership applies only to FrontPay Advance, which in exchange carries 0% interest.

Is FrontPay legit and safe to use?

FrontPay Cash, LLC is a consumer lender registered in Utah and operating since 2022, with a published address and support email on this page. Bank connections are read-only and encrypted with 256-bit TLS, and we never see or store your banking password. Before you sign anything you receive Truth-in-Lending disclosures stating your APR, finance charge, amount financed and total of payments — if a lender will not show you those figures in writing before you commit, that is the signal to walk away. You can also check any lender against the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's complaint database and your state regulator before applying.

Can I get a cash advance with no credit check and bad credit?

Yes for the Advance, which involves no credit check at all — approval reads your direct deposit history instead of a score, so bad credit or a thin file is not a blocker. Flex loans and credit lines use a soft inquiry to prequalify, which does not affect your score. Only the Installment Loan involves a hard pull, and that happens at the point you accept an offer, not when you check. There is no minimum credit score for any product, though no lender can honestly promise guaranteed approval and we do not.

How quickly can I get money today?

If you apply and are approved before the afternoon cut-off, standard delivery lands the same business day on an Advance, Flex loan or credit line draw. Express delivery costs $3.99 and typically arrives within 30 minutes when your bank supports instant transfers. Installment loans take one to two business days because they involve a full verification step. Weekends and bank holidays add time on standard delivery regardless of when you are approved.

Do I need direct deposit to qualify?

For the Advance, yes. We need to see recurring electronic deposits of at least $400 that have arrived at least three times in your linked account. Wages, salary, pensions and government benefits including Social Security, SSI, VA and unemployment all count. Cash deposits, paper cheques and ATM deposits cannot be verified and do not qualify. Loans and credit lines use a broader income test of $1,200 per month.

Do you accept Social Security, SSI or VA benefits as income?

Yes. Recurring government benefit deposits are treated the same as wages for eligibility. What matters is that the money arrives electronically on a predictable schedule into the account you link. Our guide to borrowing on benefit income covers SSI, SSDI, VA and Direct Express in detail.
